The Problem
Delivering both an admin web dashboard and a cross-platform mobile app for salon operations with a small team.
The Solution
Built the dashboard with React JS and the mobile app with React Native, sharing state-management patterns and conventions across both codebases.

Shared state patterns across platforms
Reused the same Redux and MobX state-management patterns between the React dashboard and React Native app, so the team could move between codebases without relearning conventions.

Dedicated admin dashboard
Kept back-office salon operations in a separate React JS dashboard rather than overloading the mobile app, letting each surface stay focused on its users.
